Shopped locally for a specific used truck to no avail. Found one here and called them up on it. Dennis was on point and answered any and all questions. I told him we were definitely interested but wouldn't be able to drive down until the upcoming weekend to test drive and purchase it if it checked out. He said no worries that he would hold the truck and keep the keys in his desk until we could make it down there. We had already had a truck sold out from under us at a local dealership in Nampa, so we were a little gunshy about it. We checked in the day before we headed down and we're sent a video of the truck and to told call him on his personal cell when we got close so he could make sure he was there (it was his day off mind you). So, Saturday morning comes around and we make the 4-1/2 hr drive to Murdock Chevrolet. Once there, the customer service from the entire staff was amazing and specially from Dennis. The finance team was beyond helpful and made sure that there were no unanswered questions. Personally one of the best experiences we have ever had from a dealership hands down! Next vehicle purchase will be from them and hopefully from Dennis if he's still there when the time comes.

I had the vacuum pump on my brakes go out. Yup, definitely an oh sh** moment. I took it into Murdock and worked with Ty. He said that they were going to look at it and give me a quote. Then he asked me about my extended warranty and went to great lengths looking through my love box to find it. A couple of attempts to get through to them in order to safe me some pretty hefty money. Well the repair took longer that it was anticipated, but Ty moved heaven and heck to get it fi wished by our second deadline. Amazing job folks. And they even washed my car and detailed the interior before they gave it back to me.

Daria is a homie, she didn't pressure extra crap, she advised on what the manufacturer recommended, then she helped me save some cash where she could. She organized a car to take me home and pick me up, at no cost. She had my truck cleaned even though I said it wasn't needed, at no cost. She is a real one!
